Sud Pre is situated in Menton Garavan, a stone's throw from the Italian border. It is on the old road to Italy, traffic now using the new road below at the coast or the motorway high up in the mountains above. It commands spectacular views of the sea, harbour, marina, Menton and on round to Cap Martin. At night the spectacular firework displays from Monte Carlo are dazzling.
