Market on Friday. Parking difficult so recommend the train from Garavan.

Pasta et Basta restaurant. Take the tunnel down towards town, turn right just before the bridge over the Roya River. Take the tunnel that goes under old town and the restaurant is on the left at the end of the tunnel, on the coast road.

After dinner stroll into town for the most delicious ice cream you have ever tasted. Turn left out of restaurant and follow road to foot bridge across Roya River. Straight on past the Hanbury Park and Municipal Buildings. Turn right on Via Roma and a short distance along the road you will find the most fantastic selection of ice cream at shop on right - Canalio. Take a box of ice cream home for another night or two!

Olive oil shop, just off the roundabout across the bridge which crosses over the river Roya. Delicious oil made from local olives and other delicacies.
